How do I get a Quotation? You just have to send an email to info@italianmotorparts.com including the list of the spare parts you request. There is a very important information about your car you must provide in order to be able to quote you, such as: Model, Year, Cilinders, Motor Number, chasis number or click on Quotation OnLine
How do I place or confirm an order? If you already have a quotation, you just have to confirm via e-mail the acceptance of the order, you will receive an e-mail with the payment instructions and requesting you to confirm the ship to address. If you do not have a quotation, you have to request one following the procedures in question 2, to info@italianmotorparts.com, Once we have all the information we will send you the quotation with all the details, such as description of the product, price, delivery time, payment methods (credit card, debit card, wire transfer, Western Union or XOOM delivery money)
Since I placed my order, how long it takes to get my spare parts? The average delivery time is 10 days, maximum 15 depending on the customs policies in every country. The process is as follows: 1. Customer places order 2. We proceed to prepare order. If we do not have stock in that moment we request the part to our vendor. If this happens it must takes about 3-4 days. If this is the case and we are having delays we will inform you via e-mail. 3. Once the order is ready and Packed we call UPS to pick up the order, and we will send you the tracking number so you can follow up you order over their website. If it via a different carrier we will send you the information you need so you can contact the carrier.

What is the difference between original and non original parts? The original spare parts have been approved by the original Car Brand, and they are delivered in original boxes. The non original spare parts: they have succesfully completed European Union Standards, and approved every test the car brand has been requested so they can approved to be used in their cars. They are delivered in boxes with their brand.

Do I have to pay anything else, resides the amount ItalianMotorParts quote me? Italian Motor Parts only charges you with Price + Shipping and Handling. Local taxes are not included and varies depending on every country. Once your order is in your country, the carrier will inform you the amount to pay for local taxes plus a fee the carrier charges for customer clearance. You can call UPS and request information about the taxes in your country.
Can I pick up my order in ItalianMotorParts? You can do that. Our offices are located in El Salvador, Central America, we also have warehouses in Spain and Italy.
What do I do if I get the wrong spare part? We can assure you that there is a 1% possibility that it happens. You can go to our Policies where you can find the procedure to make a complaint. If it is our fault, we will send you the right one and we will assume responsibility for the cost the return of the wrong part, without additional charges for you.
