Guarantee: Everything is reviewed, is new at least that the opposite specifies itself, it has guarantee of the manufacturer and has been accredited in the European Union. The spare parts are sent on the basis of the data of their car or codes that it has provided to us. Policy of Guarantee

Time of Delivery: 8 - 15 days, it could vary depending on the managements done by the carrier companies. The spare parts dispatchs are  from Italy, Spain or El Salvador, depending on the availability. The office process is immediate. If some delay existed we will inform  you by email.

Form of Delivery: Aerial via UPS or terrestrial.

Aerial: After UPS pickes of the order from our offices, we will send you the UPS tracking number, so that you can check it and you may  know exactly where is the order and when it arrived at your country.

Terrestrial: in the case of Central America and Panama, in some occasions, the spare parts are sent to El Salvador and soon distributed via terrestrial. The duty cost will be informed by ItalianMotorParts at the time of resend the product to its country of destiny.

Payment Methods: Credit card, or debit card, Western Union or XOOM money transfer, deposit in Bank account, at the time of placing the order. In some cases we only accept money transfer by Western Union or XOOM, thus because of the amount of the transaction or the lower income. The payment with credit card or  debit, could be in Euros, our change of the US$/Euro will be the change of the day, in that we make the transaction, this rate could vary, depending on the banking policies in every country, which could reflect a difference in its currency. In the case of the payment with card, we could ask for identification.  If the client uses another person´s card , we will request  a photocopy  of the creditcard and a copy of the ID of the credit card holder.   Policy of Privacy

Additional payments and costs: ItalianMotorParts did not receive more of the exposed thing in this proposal. The Taxes of duty of their country such as IVA, customs, and others, are collected  by the Carrier  companies, they make the customs clearance  to be able to deliver door to door. We recommend to call to the carrier company UPS in your country and asks to the procedure of duty and the cost.
